PUC offering alternate ways to pay if postal strike hits

With strike notices issued by the Canadian Union of Postal Workers, the potential disruption of mail delivery will impact PUC bill and payment delivery.

A strike or lockout could begin as early as Friday.

The PUC has ways to avoid potential issues should there be a postal disruption.

E-billing is one option. Ways to enrol in e-billing include:

  • MyPUC App: Download the app and link your bill to it. Once linked, you will automatically be enroled in e-billing
  • Customer Connect Portal: Enrol directly through the portal by visiting the PUC website.
