One new wildfire is being reported Monday in Ontario's Northeast Fire Region.
The 0.1 hectare fire was confirmed this afternoon in Killarney Provincial Park between Bell Lake and Johnnie Lake.
It is not under control.
There is one other active fire in the region which is under control.
“The fire hazard is low to moderate across most of the Northeast Region this afternoon,” said Aviation, Forest Fire and Emergency Services in a news release.
“There is an area west of Temiskaming Shores with a high hazard.
