The Sault College men’s basketball team held off a fourth quarter push to pick up a 95-82 Ontario Colleges Athletic Association victory over Canadore on Saturday afternoon at Sault College.

Sault College led 45-27 at the half and held off a late Canadore charge to pick up a 95-82 win on home court.

Simon Wal paced Sault College with 32 points while Tristen Kamel added 19 points and 12 rebounds.

Jaylyne Moore-Tucker had 15 points and 14 rebounds for Sault College.

In addition to 13 points, Kevon Clarke had 21 rebounds, 14 of them at the defensive end.

Raivone Young led Canadore with 31 points.

Jake Rae added 16 points for the visitors.

Prince Dankyi had 14 rebounds for Canadore.

Sault College returns to action on Feb. 8 on the road against Niagara.
