With only a week of action remaining before the playoffs, the senior division Eagles put on an impressive display in a 54-27 win over the White Pines Wolverines.

Christina Whitmell led the Eagles with 14 points while Janine Olthius added 13. Kelly Miencke led the Wolverines attack with 13 points.

In the junior game, the Eagles edged the Wolverines 37-35 as Karli Campbell led the winners with 10 points and Sarah Miller added nine. Ashley Clingen scored a game high 18 points for White Pines while Bridget Hindermeier added eight.

At Bawating, Stephanie Thayer scored 11 points and Kristen Timusk eight to lead the Bawating Braves to a 40-26 win over the Mount St. Joseph College Royals in senior. Heidi Lewis replied with 16 points and Jessica Stone five for the Royals.

Miranda Chaimbrone's 13 points and Kirsty Mancuso's 10 led the Royals to a 37-25 win over the Braves in junior play. Sarah Chiarello and Amanda Whitmell scored eight points each for the Braves.

At Korah, Larissa Graham scored 15 points and Katrina Houpalainen 11 as the senior Colts rolled past the St. Mary's Knights 53-23. Andrea Palombi led St. Mary's with nine points and Trisha Mazzotta added six.

In junior, St. Mary's nipped the Colts 26-25 as Britney Denneny led the Knights with seven points and Kathleen Thorburn added six. Ashley Cummings replied with nine and Britney Hogan six for Korah.

The St. Basil Saints enjoyed a bye on Thursday.
