Peacefully on Sunday May 5, 2019 at the age of 91. Beloved wife of Nicola for 62 years. Loving mother of Maria (Lynn) Williamson and the late Nino. Daughter of the late Pasquale and Brigeda Cordileone. Predeceased by her siblings Louisa Franco (Nunzio) of Montreal, Ermino Cordileone (Adelina) (Amelia) of Italy, Maria Brachio (Nicola) of Argentina, as well as her in-laws Emilio Della Penta (Maria) of the USA, Berto Della Penta (Adelina) of Sault Ste. Marie, Pasquale Della Penta (Angelina) of Montreal, Nicolina D’Abramo (Nicola) of Montreal and Filomena Rinaldi (Marcello) of Italy. Vilia was a special aunt to many nieces and nephews. Vilia will be remembered by her many good friends and extended family. She was the happiest when surrounded by family and friends. Family and friends are invited to visit at O’Sullivan Funeral Home and Cremation Centre (215 St. James St. 705-759-8456) on Friday, May 10, 2019 from 10:30 a.m. until 12:00 p.m., and Funeral Mass at 12:30 p.m. at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church with Father Paul Conway officiating.
