It is with heavy hearts that the family announces peaceful passing of our dad at the age of 93.
He was son to the late Sherwood and Meryl. Predeceased by his loving wife Evelyn of nearly 60 years. Proud father of the late John (Sharon), Shirley Knox (Troy), Keith (Dinah) and Rebecca McCaig (Brad). Much loved grampa of Ida Mae (Rich), JD, John, Mellissa (Jordan), Emma (Dan), Hannah (Brock), Trisha, Katrina (Casey), Matti, Madison (Mitch) and Darcee (David). Great grampa of Joey, Hudson, Lily, Theo, Malou, Jack, Mia, Creedance, Tristan, Persais, Darren, Kennedy and Parker. Predeceased by his siblings the late Ross (late Evelyn), late Floyd, late Fred (late Pat) and late Bill (late Denise). Survived by his siblings Joan (Fred), Nora (late Don), Richard (Elaine) and Linda (late David).
Above all Jerry was a family man. He enjoyed hockey, farming and volunteering his time to the community. Jerry will be fondly remembered for his wit and sense of humor and was always up for a good story.
