Passed away peacefully at the Sault Area Hospital on Wednesday, March 12, 2025.
Predeceased by his parents John and Rita from Blind River and sister Debbie (Chris Slaney). Dear brother of Terry Laplante from Sault Ste. Marie and Kim Laplante (Garnet Young) from Blind River. Uncle of many nieces and nephews.
Mike was a very kind soul. He lived a peaceful, quiet life.

In keeping with Mike’s wishes, no services will be held. Arrangements entrusted to Menard Funeral Home.
