Passed away peacefully at the Sault Area Hospital on Friday, April 26, 2024, just 17 days short of her 100th birthday.
She was much loved by her children John Morrow (Pat), Marilyn Morrow, Suzanne Vendramin (David) and David Morrow (Tina). Beloved grandmother of 9, great grandmother of 9 and 1 great great grandson. Dorothy is survived by her sister Dr. Dormer Ellis.
Dorothy was very engaged in the community and will be remembered as a geography teacher for many years at Sir James Dunn, an avid bridge player and a talented artist in retirement.
We want to extend our deep gratitude to the emergency department doctors and nurses whose care for Dorothy and our family, who were far away, was exceptional.
In accordance with Dorothy's wishes she was cremated and laid to rest beside her beloved husband John on May 10th, 2024 at the LaSalle Sudbury Cemetery. A private family celebration of life will be held later this year in Southern Ontario.
