The Ontario Provincial Police responded to a call that resulted in a sexual assault charge

An open bottle of liquor was also located in the vehicle and was readily available to the driver

The dock is described as a 6'X20' wooden dock with blue Styrofoam floats underneath

While speaking to the male driver officers determined there was cannabis marijuana in the vehicle

Officer passed a parked vehicle and detected a strong odor of freshly burned marijuana

The accused allegedly physically assaulted four people

It is believed the explosives were taken from an area mine location
