The O.P.P. investigated an accident 2 klm west of the Pancake River Bridge on Highway 17 north. The single-vehicle accident occurred at 7:38 this morning when the driver lost control and rolled over. There were no injuries.

The Sault O.P.P. responded to two motor vehicle accidents overnight involving wild animals. A vehicle hit a deer on Highway 17 in Aweres Township and a vehicle hit a moose at Alona Bay on Highway 17 north.

CAR SLIDES INTO SCHOOL BUS The Sault detachment of the O.P.P. responded to three minor accidents involving vehicles sliding into the ditch on Highway 17 East. Batchawana First Nation Police investigated a collision between a school bus and a car.
