Thank you Norm. Our cancer ward here in the Sault is one of the best. We're treated like royalty and we're lucky to be alive. It's a struggle but new research and advancements in medicine make it all possible to survive a little longer and give us hope and the peace of mind to accept our fate. How about the province passes a law like the military. If we subsidize your education then you will go where you're needed for 5 years. If you want to pay for the full amount of your doctorate then you can start anywhere in the province. If you leave Ontario and go to the USA or elsewhere, then you pay back the subsidized portion of your education.
