Enough people will not divert down a street taking them out of their way and when was the last time anyone has seen radar setups not to often, but lets spend all the money downtown instead, it seems like illegal parking, speeding ,rolling stop signs, is beneath the job scope of policing lets get back to some basics

Speed cameras will pay for themselves in the first year and then some maybe you should do some homework on that.
