Pretty sure that the snow load was the cause, but I'm no truss manufacturer.

How about returning the 24 inch snow rule. Many seniors can't deal wit the snow the plow leaves at the end of the driveway. Our city council should be embarrassed. The all should be replaced. They are a joke.

A big percentage of these "homeless" people receive assistance cheques. Be it OW or ODSP they get money. I've also saw interviews where the homeless didn't want help. So maybe the city council should do a study and find out why they are where they're at.

A safe consumption site is not the answer. I
That avenue of harm reduction has been proven to be a failure. The drugs are illegal to possess, wether they are on the street or in a HARM center. Arrest the people with them and put them in jail, not encourage them by enabling them to continue. Our city council is a joke. Tougher laws and a city that stops enabling might be a solution. Drugs are illegal.

As long as this council continues to keep their heads in the sand, this will continue to rise. With the arrival of the shelter on East street, open air drug use is the norm around here now. Everywhere you go! The police see it yet do nothing about it. Us as taxpayers want to be able to go out with our family and not have to see it. There is no area that you don't. We provide them with the supplies, the drugs, and the blind eye to let it continue. maybe if the police started to lock these people up then the overdose rate might fall.

300,000.00 toilets and 20,000.00 bike shelters. This council loves spending other people's money. You all need to resign. How about you deal with the drug problems.

Homes for the homeless. Be the worst 21,000.00 this council ever spent.
