I think it would be well spent money, compared to the lock ups for 4 bicycles. At least everyone would be able to access them.

Does everybody realize that there is no rent cap on properties built after November 2018. So the taxpayers will give developers a break, then the developer turns around and increase rents well above pre 2018 allowable increases, and well above the rate of inflation. Mine went up 10% last year. Can’t wait to see what this year brings!
