MANY YEARS AGO ... their Fire Chief told me about a "Tank of A Chemical" ... I can't remember the name, that he told me was Slightly Pressurized, & if it ever failed by Corrosion, or Accidentally hit by a Vehicle ... , It would VAPOURIZE, & TAKE OUT THE WHOLE CITY in a Matter of Minutes! that's the only time I've heard of such a DANGEROUS Substance! I'd have to assume that their using the same processes, & that chemical is still around! Makes the Ferro Chrome Plant look like a Bakery!

Our thoughts & Prayers are with June & the Breckenridge Families. I met the family when they moved to Spruce St., & after not too many yrs., I moved, & talked to Joe a few times over the years. I always found Joe to be a Gentleman, who was a hard worker ... was personable, a pleasure to talk to, & Joe, liked talking to people ... & always seemed to be cheerful & smiling.
