So i dont see any comments on the commissioning of a mural. Is this gonna be another waste of money like the changes to our city logo that looks like it was drawn by a 4 year old.

The city and engineering company should have done a walk thru with the final grades marked out. If this was done as it is on most city jobs, a red flag should have been thrown up before construction started and this could have been fixed before the completion of the project instead of 4 years later.
