We have way to many other problems to address
before we can even think about such a thing c'mon now.
People are dying in the streets, some cant afford to eat or live and our vehicles
are turning to junk because of all the potholes and poor street conditions.
Let's get our heads outa the clouds..omg!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent idea as I indicated before we should have a front line as well of nurse practitioners
and nurses as well ..there are so many things they can help with GHA has given up tp easy with some organization I'm sure am immediate short term solution can be reached. Thanks Mike for your comments perhaps this will get the ball rolling

Perhaps we could train and employ more nurse practitioners to act as a first level tier. They could assess patients and perhaps have some authority to write prescriptions up to a certain level for colds etc.
I am also led to believe there are a lot of international residents who actually are doctors
and good doctors as well. Maybe we could review the restrictions for them to be able to practice to some extent.
It's a question of implementing a temporary solution to help ease the load .
