Safety on our roads is imperative and respecting the speed limit is crucial for our children and families. Due diligence is required for all drivers and their vehicles. Over the years it seems that many vehicles have hidden drivers behind dark windows making them seem invisible to the safety of others. City Hall should be encouraging our Police Force to make these decisions of enforcement and not our councillors. Let the experts in their fields determine the tools required.
