In all of my years following poles I don’t believe that I have ever seen a campaign more influenced by the media,,
Reporters in the past simply did their job and kept their opinions to themselves,,
But now they have no shame in somehow reporting what they like as opposed to what the real story was all about,,
CBC being the most biased of all, I consider them as nothing more than lap dogs serving their masters, and how can you blame them when the unelected PM floats one hundred and fifty million dollars in their pockets while campaigning about restraint and good management of our economy and money.
Very difficult for the other parties to compete with that kind of insanity and corruption.

When Don McIsaac returned home from the US and decided to become the Mayor of Orillia, I told anyone who would listen that on name alone he would be elected hands, down regardless of who was on the ballot against him,, and I was right, his parents were very well known and respected by most anyone who knew them and many others why didn’t them as well,,
Fast forward a few years, and I believe that his good fortune has come to an end.

Funny in a way, it appears to me that this disagreement is based on some of them losing their monthly checks for simply appearing regardless of the business at hand,,
And on the other hand we have the warden who stands to greatly improve his game by now being a full time employee with all the perks that comes with the job, ( he already announced that he isn’t running for mayor in Ramara in the next election ) in the mean time the poor already overtaxed citizens of Simcoe county are left filling the bag.
