City Police have had a fairly quiet twenty-four hour period. In addition to a couple of arrests for liquor infractions, there was one break and enter arrest.
Late last night police received a call about a break and enter at Construction Equipment on Great Northern Road where some snowmachine parts were stolen.
Police had the canine unit out in a matter of minutes and apprehended the accused near the golf course. Charged in the incident is 23-year-old James Stephen Petingalo of 623 Wellington West.
