BREACH OF UNDERTAKING On the 1st of October 2003 at 11:10 pm, patrol officers stopped a vehicle on Great Northern Rd. and spoke to its driver about a burnt out head light.
BREACH OF UNDERTAKING
On the 1st of October 2003 at 11:10 pm, patrol officers stopped a vehicle on Great Northern Rd. and spoke to its driver about a burnt out head light. The driver identified as Rodney Elie, age 18 of Batchawana, was found to be on release conditions with a 10 p.m. curfew.

Subsequently, Elie was arrested and charged by patrol officers with Breach of Undertaking. He will appear in bail court today.

BREACH OF PROBATION
On the 2nd of October 2003 at approximately 12:35 am the accused, a 17-year-old young person, was walking eastbound on Albert Street East. Patrol Officers performed a police records check on the youth and it revealed the accused was on probation with a curfew of 9 pm - 7 am before school.

At 12:40 am Patrol Officers arrested and charged the youth with Breach of Probation under the Youth Criminal Justice Act. The accused will appear in court in mid November.

BAR BREAK IN
On the 14th of September 2003 at approximately 6:30 am, the accused, Eric Ayotte, age 19 of 434 Korah Rd. allegedly smashed the door at Jimmie Joe's Bar and Grill at 616 Great Northern Road. The accused went inside Jimmie Joe's Restaurant and attempted to steal the cash register, but fled the area without it.

On the 2nd of October 2003 just before 1:00 am the accused was located by police officers in the downtown area. Officers found that the accused was wanted in relation to this incident and he was arrested and charged for the break, enter with intent to commit theft. He will appear in court on November 17th
