A Sault driver faces impaired charges after officers responded to a complaint in the Lake Street area early Sunday morning.
A traffic stop was initiated on MacDonald Avenue, and officers arrested James White, says a news release from the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service.
White “later provided two breath samples into an approved device, registering two fail results,” the release says.
The 46-year-old is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 30 to answer to the charges of:
• Operation while impaired – alcohol and/or drug
• Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80+)
