Theft A 16 year old male will appear in court on the 31 March 2009 charged with one count of theft under. It is alleged that on the 17 Feb. 2009 he approached the victim and pulled a necklace from the victim’s neck and ran off.

A 16 year old male will appear in court on the 31 March 2009 charged with one count of theft under. It is alleged that on the 17 Feb. 2009 he approached the victim and pulled a necklace from the victim’s neck and ran off. He was located yesterday and charged. This incident is said to have happened in the 200 Block of St. George’s Ave.
