On the morning of Sept. 28, an employee spotted someone rummaging through a vehicle that was parked at a business on Bay Street.
As the employee attempted to take a photo of the suspect in order to report the incident to police, they were pepper-sprayed and the suspect fled the scene on a yellow bicycle.
Police hope to identify the suspect.
