Bail Court Today

1) 27 year old Jennifer Lee Adams of 108 Albert St. east will appear in bail court this morning charged with threatening death. It is alleged that on the 24 March 2009 at approx. 07:10 pm she did threaten to kill the female victim. The accused at the time of the offence was bound by conditions of a release order as well as being on probation. The accused has been charged with threatening death, 2 counts of breach her recognizance of bail and 1 charge of breaching terms of her probation.

2) A 32 year old male was arrested this morning and charged with three counts of threatening death. It is alleged that on the 24 March 2009 the accused contacted his ex-mother in law and threatened to kill her. It is further alleged that the accused again called his ex-mother in law and told her to call her grand children and say good bye as he was going to kill them with his gun. The accused will appear in bail court this and has been further charged with 2 counts of breaching his probation.

Break and Enter

Police attended at a home on Ontario Avenue with regards to a break and enter. It has not been determined what was taken and the investigation is continuing.

Theft

A motor vehicle was entered on Cunningham Rd. and loose change was taken

A vehicle was entered in the 300 block of Moss Rd. and hockey equipment stolen.
