A check on the accused revealed he was wanted on three outstanding arrest warrants

The accused was on a probation order not to be at Walmart at the time of the offence

The accused was also on probation at the time of the offence with the condition that he keep the peace and be of good behavior. 

Arrested and charged with violating court order to not be near children

On November 24, 2016 city police arrested a female accused regarding outstanding arrest warrants. The accused was arrested for assault X 2 and failing to attend for finger prints.

Crystal Melissa Jones is charged with failing to appear for finger prints, failing to attend court and theft under $5,000 X 4
