At 3:40 P.M. on February 19, 2016 City Police arrested 25 year old Jonathan Boyer on an outstanding warrant. It’s alleged that the accused had a stolen chainsaw in his possession that had been reported stolen.

On February 18, 2016 city police arrested a male accused on outstanding warrants. On January 18, 2016 the accused Dustin Thomas Sayers age 41, failed to attend court in answer to two charges of theft under $5,000.

Sometime between the 11th and the 14th of February unknown culprits broke into a residence in the 1200 block of Queen Street East and stole jewelry and cash

At 3:30 p.m. on February 12, 2016, city police arrested 55-year-old Michael Sweeney of Albert Street East. It’s alleged that Sweeney attended at Walmart on Bay Street and stole merchandise valued at $36.

On February 9, 2016 city police located a male at a local fitness center. The male was wanted on an outstanding warrant for failing to attend for finger prints. Police arrested Gary Joseph Levar, age 47.

On February 8 city police officers arrested 22-year-old Melinda Robinson of Queen Street West for assault.

On February 7, 2016 at 2:40 p.m., city police arrested a 30-year-old male who was wanted on two warrants for domestic related matters. It is alleged that the accused had breached the conditions of his recognizance of bail.
