City Police Beat

On 05 November 5, 2015 at 12:26 City Police arrested a 31-year-old male regarding a domestic related breach. It’s alleged that the accused attended at the residence of his girlfriend on November 4 in contravention of a bail condition.

On November 2 officers from Investigation Services arrested and charged a 20-year-old male with numerous charges in relation to domestic violence against an ex-girlfriend.

Two males were arrested at the Sault Ste Marie Court house today on outstanding warrants. 39-year old Michael Paquin of Albert St. E.

19-year-old Cody Irving of Churchill Ave. was arrested by City Police officers today on an outstanding warrant for failing to attend court.

On October 30, 2015 at 4:55 p.m. a 23-year-old male turned himself in regarding a dated domestic related sexual assault. It’s alleged that on two separate occasions the accused sexually assault his girlfriend.

On October 30, 2015 at 2:47am police arrested 25 year old Kristiani MATTILA of Hudson St.

On October 29, 2015 city police arrested 23 year old male regarding domestic related offences.

On October 26, 2015 officers of the City Police officers from the Crime Suppression Unit and the Drug Enforcement Unit executed a search warrant in the area of John Street.

On October 26, 2015 Brian Wing age 31 was brought to the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service by the OPP regarding outstanding warrants. The accused was arrested and the warrants were executed.

A 24 year old female was arrested by City Police officers today and charged with assault with a weapon from a domestic incident on October 24th.
