A 16 year old female who was arrested on March 22nd for Robbery and aggravated assault will be appearing in Bail Court tomorrow as a result of additional charges today.

On the 23rd March 2013 police observed a male walking in the downtown core they knew to be wanted. He was approached and arrested for the outstanding warrants.

Early evening release: A 29 year old male was arrested at 4:47 a.m. charged with 2 counts of mischief and an assault resulting from 2 domestic incidents.

Two persons arrested for stabbing overnight Shortly after 11 a.m. this morning officers from Investigation Services arrested two persons for this robbery.

On March 21st at 11:15 am Patrol Officers were called to Station Mall for a shoplifter. Officers arrested and charged Michel Koussaye, age 23 of 549 Cathcart St. with Theft under $5,000.00. It is alleged he stole a baseball hat from Lids.

On the March 20th at approximately 5:15 am Police Officers attempted a traffic stop for a vehicle on McCrea St. The vehicle stopped briefly and then accelerated a short distance to the end of the street and slid into a snow bank.

On March 19, 2013 at approximately 9:25am police were in the area of Tancred Street and Wellington Street East and observed a male known to the officer.

On March 17, 2013 at approximately 11:30am the accused is alleged to have stolen a 2004 Chev pickup truck from the area of Langdon Road.

Money was taken from a vehicle parked in the 600 block of Shafer Ave. sometime overnight. A vehicle driven by 39 year old Anthony Zagordo of 235 Simpson Street was struck by a Huron Central Railway train on Sunday afternoon.

47 year old Geoffrey Scott Chamings of 181 James St. #4 was charged by City Police for theft on March 16th. It is alleged that Mr.Chamings was at the downtown Wal-Mart when he left the store without paying for an undisclosed amount of X-box games.
