On May 4, 2012 at approx. 5:10 pm a male subject age 40 was arrested for sexual assault and breach of probation.

Bail Court Appearance A 42 year-old male will be appearing in bail court this morning facing charges of assault and threatening in relation to two domestic related incidents.

Police attended at a domestic dispute between the hours of 5am and 7am on May 3, 2012. As a result a 22 year old male was arrested and charged with assault, mischief and breach of probation. The accused will appear in bail court May 4, 2012.

Shoplifting : Russell William BARTON age 54 of 748 Wellington St. E. was arrested and charged with one count of theft under $5000.00 and one count of possession of property obtained .

Impaired Driver Officers with the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested 48 year-old Pierre Chalifoux on the 1 st May at 12:53 am on Goulais Ave and charged him with one count consume over the legal limit and failing to provide breath sample.

Bail Court Appearance Arrests/Charged Persons with Court Appearance Dates: A 17 year-old male youth was arrested on the 29 th of April and charged with one count of break and enter a dwelling and one count of mischief under $5,000.00.

Break and Enter and Breach Raymond Gregoire, age 29, of Panoramic Dr, was charged with one count of Break and Enter and one count of Breach of probation. The accused was found by an employee in the office area after the business had closed.

Bail Court Appearance Arrests/Charged Persons with Court Appearance Dates : A 17 year old male was arrested and charged with three counts of breach of a recognizance and one count of breach of probation. He is to appear in bail court this morning.

Property Crimes: Break and Enter to office in the 1000 block of Second Line West. An undisclosed amount of cash was reported stolen. A residence on Estelle Street was entered on the 25 th of April.
