City Police Beat

Assault with weapon 19 year old Brandon Simpson of Heyden Ontario was arrested by School liason officers on November the 5th for asssault with a weapon.

A theft occurred at a Trunk Road residence whereas it appeared thieves cut the lock on a gate and entered the property making off with a chainsaw and a gas trimmer.

Thefts and Break and Enters On November 2, 2012 between the hours of 7:00 am and 12:00 a tailgate was stolen from a Dodge Ram pickup truck at the Cambrian Mall.

Domestic Disputes: 2 adult males were arrested today as a result of outstanding warrants for domestic related incidents. Both men will appear in bail court tomorrow at 10:00am.

Search warrant executed On the 31st of October 2012 at approximately 1205hrs, members of the Sault Ste.

Break in A residence was reported broken into in the 100 block of Bellevue Ave. It is unknown what, if anything was stolen. Shoplifting A 15 year old male was charged with Theft under $5000.

Break ins An apartment was broken into in the 100 Block of Wallace Terrace. Some beer and a ball hat were reported stolen. A residence was broken into in the 100 block of Edmunds Ave.

Thefts A vehicle was entered on Beaumont and a small amount of coin and tools were taken. A second vehicle was stolen from Beaumont when the keys were left in it.

Sexual Assault 19 year old Nicholas Connor of 254 Beverley St was charged with sexual assault X 2, threatening bodily harm X 2 and assault. The charges stem from an incident involving two victims on October 21 2012.

Fail to appear 23 year old Tina Waboose of 158 Biish Rd in Thessalon was arrested on an outstanding warrant for failing to re-attend court. It is alleged that she failed to appear in court on the 17 of September 2012.
