Theft 20 year old Cassandra Moonias of 98 Grand Blvd was charged with theft under $5000. It is alleged that while at Sears in the Station Mall, she concealed a pair of track pants in her bag and left the store without paying.

Break and Enter In the morning of Monday October 15th, 2012 Police Officers investigated a break and enter to a travel trailer in the 900 block of Leighs Bay Rd. Theives stole a 20 inch flat screen tv.

************************* Evening City Police news Theft: A theft from a vehicle was reported from the 800 block of Queen St. West. A Nexus card and cash was stolen from an unlocked vehicle. An unlocked vehicle was entered on Cartier St overnight.

Arrest: On October 12, 2012, officers were called to a residence in the 20 block of Wellington Street East, for a person to be removed. A check of the individual found that he was on conditions not to consume alcohol.

Arrest: 24 year old Ashley Swanson of Portage Lane was arrested this morning at 12:45am. While officers were investigating an incident on Queen Street West they discovered that Miss Swanson had an outstanding warrant for Failing to Appear in Court.

Arrest Sexual Assault: On October 10, 2012 an accused male, age 49, attended at the Sault Ste. Marie Police Station to turn himself in to police on an outstanding warrant.
