Possession & Trafficking On the 7th of April 2009 members of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service’s Street Team as well as the Canine Unit executed a search warrant at a residence located at 26 Albert St. east apt. #2.

Break & Enter 37 year old Scott Michael Erdman of 262 Wellington Street west will appear in court on the 11 May 2009 charged with break, enter and theft and also breaching his probation order.

Bail Court 1) A 22 year old male will appear in bail court today charged with threatening death and threatening to destroy property. It is alleged that on the 31st of March 2009 these threats were made during an argument.

Bail Court 1) A 17 year old male will appear in bail court today after a domestic related incident on the 02 April 2009. It is alleged that the male became involved in an argument with his girlfriend.

Assault, Forcible Confinement & Breach A 38 year old male will appear in bail court today charged with the following offences, assault causing bodily harm, forcible confinement and two counts of breaching his probation.

Update on Korah Road shooting and serious motor vehicle collision at Queen St. west near Hudson St. An autopsy was performed on the driver of the 1996 GMC pick up truck that collided with the building situated at 89 Hudson St.

Bail Court 1) A 49 year old male will appear in bail court this morning charged with assault and threatening death.

Bail Court 1) 34 year old James Lloyd Laplante of 18 Maple St. will appear this morning charged with consume over and drive while disqualified. The accused was stopped while operating a 1994 Dodge Dakota on the 27th of March 2009.
