Bail Court 1) A 14 year old male will appear in bail court this morning charged with one count of assault with a weapon and one count of breaching his probation order.

Bail Court 1) A 28 year old male will appear in bail court this morning charged with criminal harassment and threatening death.

Robbery Investigation On the 07 May 2009 at approx. 2:19 and 2:25 am respectfully patrol officers were dispatched to the area of Korah Road with regards to 2 robberies that occurred minutes apart from each other.

Bail Court Today 1) A 46 year old male will appear in bail court this morning charged with threatening death and criminal harassment. It is alleged the accused did threaten the boy friend of a female whom he had a relationship with in 2005.

Impaired Driver 47 year old Michael Anthony Woods of Lot 16 Haviland Township, Goulais River was checked by Patrol officers on the 05 May 2009 at approx. 08:12 pm on Old Garden River Road. Woods was operating a 1985 Suzuki motorcycle.

Bail Court 1) 28 year old Kevin James Bennett of 606 Wellington Street east was arrested on the 05 May 2009 at approx. 01:41 am after breaking into a home in the 100 block of Letcher Street.

Bail Court 1) A 19 year old male turned himself into Police this morning. Jordan Roy Porter of 603 Second Line west was arrested and charged with one count of, break, enter and commit as well as aggravated assault.

Bail Court 1) 18 Year old Michael Brian Leclair was arrested by the Barrie Police Service on outstanding warrants related to a home invasion on the 22 April 2009 at a home in the 200 block of North St.

Robbery On the 28 April 2009 at approx. 4:53 pm a male entered Merrett’s Pharmacy at 314 Wellington St. West with his face covered with a bandana and armed with a handgun.

Assault & Mischief 45 year old Scott Levis Peter Wright of 403 Northland Rd will appear in court on the 1st of June 2009 to face charges of assault and 2 counts of mischief. It is alleged the accused attended at a residence at 314 Albert St.
