Male Charged with Assault A 29-year old male will appear in bail court this morning after being arrested just after midnight. It is alleged that the male assaulted his girlfriend by slapping her across the face.

Purse Stolen at A&P On the 26th of August around 3:30 pm a male stole a purse from a female who was shopping in the A&P Store in the Churchill Plaza. The purse was later recovered but the money that had been inside it was taken.

Male Charged with Fraud 24-year old Michael Muto of 123 Roosevelt Avenue will appear in bail court this morning. It is alleged that during the month of August of this year the accused stole 2 cheques from Carmen Muto Plumbing and Heating.

Female Charged with Breach of Release 43-year old Constance Green of upstairs-42 Cathcart Street was arrested just before 1 am this morning. Officers located the accused in an intoxicated condition in the parking lot of the Station Mall.
