Bawating Babes, along with the 2Spirit Organising Committee and the Algoma University Student Union, invite you to the SpeakEasy at Algoma University, for a 19+ Drag Prize Bingo
Doors open at 7:00 PM. Games start at 7:45 PM. After party following the bingo game.
This event is part of the 3rd Annual 2Spirit Awareness Week.
Our night includes music by DJ Matt and performances by Queen Lucia Pet, Gemini Gore, Lana Von Archer, Big Barbi Blitz, Tha Bride, Zephyr Shadow, Alvarez from da Rez, and Bette U. Wanna of Batchewana. With special guest performances, by Madame Ode'Miin Surprise.
This show is open to everyone 19 and over. Security will be checking ID's at the door. All Algoma U. students are free on proof of valid student identification.
Chi miigwetch to each of our partnerships for putting this together last minute. This includes the Students Union of Algoma University, Amore: For Your Pleasure, Dagokiing Yoga, and the 2Spirit Anishnabe Storytelling & Advocacy.
All proceeds of this event will go towards the 3rd Annual 2Spirit Awareness Week, hosted by 2Spirit Organising Committee - Bawating.
