Jake, our beloved Grandson, today should be your 29th birthday but instead we continue to grieve and mourn the loss of a wonderful young man who is loved and missed so very much. Today we should be celebrating your achievements and the realization of your dreams. Instead we remember the good times and what should have been. Our love and pain continues each and every day.
