Pets will be part of the Easter festivities at a jointly-organized fundraiser for the Canadian Bushplane Heritage Centre and Entomica Insectarium.
“Our team loves their pets, and when brainstorming creative event ideas, they all agreed that we had to organize an event where people could bring their pets,” says Executive Director of the Canadian Bushplane Heritage Centre Jamie Hilsinger.
Visitors can enter the Easter egg hunt or enjoy live music and entertainment, a a pet-themed craft and vendor market, cute and cuddly bunnies, and kids activities. There are also three pet contests to enter with prizes supported by Pet Valu and Pet Food Warehouse.

Families can get a professional Easter photo with their furry companion. Meaghan Kent Photography will be on-site to snap photos with the Easter Bunny.
Entomica Insectarium will have their bugs on display throughout the museum and will also do a bug show on stage.
“We’ve run an Easter fundraiser at the Bushplane Museum for two years with great success. We’re thrilled to partner with the Bushplane and grow this event together,” says President of Entomica Insectarium John Dedes.
