Are you interested in photography?

You can join a workshop on Wednesday, May 7 from 1 to 4 p.m. at the James L. McIntyre Centennial Library, 50 East St. with local photographers Bob McGauley and Dave McLean to discuss all things photography.

Participants can look forward to discussion topics such as: elements of a great photo, the rule of thirds, lighting issues, camera settings, and how to improve your photography.

"Bring your cameras with you, too, and afterwards participants will take a walk outside the library to apply some of the techniques discussed," the library said in a release.

Admission is free, but space is limited.

To register, contact the library at 705-759-5236 or visit this link.
