Kiwanis Club puts on a tasty pancake breakfast (9 photos)

Locals made their way to the Moose Lodge this morning to enjoy a pancake breakfast hosted by the Kiwanis Club of Lakeshore.

The yummy breakfast featured pancakes, sausage, real maple syrup, and a variety of beverages.

All proceeds are going towards local community initiatives and projects. The Kiwanis Club’s latest project is the Rosedale Park Revitalization Project.

Tickets for the door prize draw were $5 and a lucky person could win tickets to the upcoming Mother’s Day quilt show hosted by Stitches from the Heart Quilt Guild.

The Kiwanis Club invites residents to join them tomorrow for another pancake breakfast from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Moose Lodge on Trunk Road.

Adults are $12.00, seniors are $10.00, children 5-12 are $7.00, and those under 5 are free.
