ONE CHARGED AFTER ALLEGED ARGUMENT (Elliot Lake, Ontario) – The East Algoma OPP has charged a local male after receiving a call regarding a possible assault. On June 24, 2010 at approximately 12:02 a.m.

Early Morning Impaired Driver (Laird Twp., ON) – Sault Ste Marie OPP officers were running radar on Hwy#17 at 7:40 a.m. on June 21st in Laird township when a vehicle entered the radar driving in excess of 130 km/hr.

BARKING DOG MAY HAVE SCARED OFF INTRUDER (Elliot Lake, Ontario) – The East Algoma OPP is currently investigating a break enter and theft at a home on Capillo Road in Elliot Lake. Police received a call on June 14, 2010 at approximately 11:00 a.m.

LOCK IT of LOSE IT! (Elliot Lake, Ontario) – Officers of the East Algoma OPP are currently investigating four (4) incidents regarding unlocked vehicles being entered and items stolen. On June 11, 2010 at approximately 11:27 p.m.

Battery and propane Stolen (Aweres Twp., ON) – Sometime over the past week two propane tanks and a battery have been stolen from Christie’s Camper Sales in Aweres Township.

FEMALE CHARGED AFTER ALTERCATION AT LOCAL DAIRY QUEEN (Elliot Lake, Ontario) – June 4, 2010 police were called to attend Dairy Queen in Elliot Lake regarding a possible assault.

WINNIE THE POOH’S PLAQUE STOLEN (WHITE RIVER, ON.) – On June 7, 2010 at 9:40 am Superior East OPP in White River received a report that sometime after noon on June 6, 2010 person(s) unknown had forcibly removed a bronze plaque from its wooden stand.

MALE CHARGED WITH MISCHIEF TO LEGION (CHAPLEAU, ON.) – On June 2, 2010 at 1:18 am Superior East OPP in Chapleau received a complaint from staff at the Royal Canadian Legion on Young Street that a male subject had broken a window.
