ONTARIO PROVINCIAL POLICE URGE PARENTS TO WATCH FOR THE “CHOKING GAME” (SAULT STE. MARIE ON.) – It has come to the attention of the Ontario Provincial Police that some kids are playing the choking game. The choking game is anything but a game.

MISSING SOMETHING? (FENWICK TWP., ON) A motorist traveling westbound on Highway 552 Tuesday afternoon spotted a gun case lying on the roadway. Further inspection revealed that there was a shotgun in the gun case.

DRIVER CHARGED FOR FAILING TO STOP FOR SCHOOL BUS (Elliot Lake, Ontario) The East Algoma OPP has charged a local woman after receiving a complaint of a vehicle going through school bus lights.

Cattle Truck Roll Over (Wawa, Ontario) Superior East OPP, Wawa are investigating a motor vehicle collision involving a cattle truck on Highway 17 about 25 kilometers South of Wawa.

Uncooperative Drinking Driver-- Charged (Blind River, Ont.)– OPP stopped a car under suspicious circumstances and arrested the driver for several offences on Wednesday evening. At approximately 8:00 p.m. an Officer with the East Algoma O.P.P.

DRIVER CHARGED IN SINGLE MOTOR VEHICLE COLLISION (Lake Superior Mining Township, ON) A vehicle traveling on Highway 17 north yesterday morning at approximately 6:00 a.m. left the traveled portion of the Highway and ended up in the north ditch.

BROKEN WINDOW (Elliot Lake, Ontario) On October 26, 2008 at 12:47 a.m. police received a call regarding a broken window. On scene police learned that sometime between 12:00 a.m. and 12:45 a.m.
