Police Request Assistance (Elliot Lake, Ont.) The OPP is requesting your assistance in regards to a motor vehicle collision report. On March 29th, 2005 at approximately 9:00 a.m. a vehicle pulled into 151 Hillside Drive North in Elliot Lake.

Disturbance Leads To Charges (Elliot Lake, Ont.) On March 29th, 2005at approximately 4:50 p.m. the OPP received a call to attend a local restaurant in regards to a female customer causing a disturbance.

Utility Shed Fire (Elliot Lake, Ont.) On March 26th, 2005 police attended a residence on Hirshhorn Avenue in regards to a fire. The Elliot Lake Fire Department was on scene and the fire was quickly extinguished.

Heydon Break and Enter Heyden, Ont. A Heyden homeowner discovered that not everyone had the day off for the Good Friday Holiday.

Another Suspicious Fire (Blind River, Ont.) East Algoma O.P.P. is investigating another suspicious Fire. At around 7:00 a.m. Police were alerted to a Fire at Vegas Fabrics on Victoria St. in Blind River.

Two Vehicle Collision On Echo Bay Sise Street Echo Bay, Ont.,Sault Ste Marie OPP were called to an Echo Bay side street yesterday morning after two vehicles collided.

Suspicious Building Fire (Blind River, Ont.) At approximately 1:30 a.m. 23 March 2005 East Algoma O.P.P. were alerted to a fire in an unoccupied building at 10 Murray St. in Blind River.

Highway Closed for Two Vehicle Collision (Blind River, Ont.) A two vehicle Collision in Algoma Mills has caused Police to close the highway temporarily. Just before 5:00 a.m.

Tragedy at Ski Hill - Victim’s Name Released South Porcupine, ON ) – The victim of a fatal skiing incident at Kamiskotia Ski Hill, Timmins, Ontario, on March 17, 2005 is 13 year-old Erika Chesser of Richmond Hill, Ontario.

Update – Ski Hill (Elliot Lake, Ont.) Police continue their investigation on the Break and Enter at the Mount Dufour Ski Hill. Taken during the break and enter was a 2005 Yellow Skandic Ski Doo Fan 550. The snowmobile has no stickers or numbers.
