WEATHER CONDITIONS CAUSE THREE COLLISIONS Pancake Bay, Ont., A early winter blast of snow and blowing snow caused traffic problems yesterday for motorist north of Sault Ste Marie. Sault Ste Marie OPP responded to five collisions north of the Sault.
