What a great man and doctor! I had the honor of Dr. Fratesi's care starting at 18 as a scared, soon-to-be dialysis patient. He did my first access arm with care and excellence. Throughout the years, I would be under Dr. Sam's care and I always had faith and trust that it would all work out in his hands. He will be greatly missed. My sincerest condolences to the family, friends and medical community.

Although, I only knew Allan for a short time, I enjoyed and looked forward to our conversations. He will be dearly missed. The two of you were a bright light in a very dim place.

Stephanie and Melissa, I'm truly sorry for the passing of your amazing mom. Your home was my second home and family when we moved to the Sault. Barb was an awesome lady and she will be truly missed.
