Santa Shaylan drove all the way to St. Joseph Island to deliver this gift along with Kris Rooley of Kris Rooley Group. Roberta and John Berg are a retired couple. Roberta worked previously with the school board and John was a millwright. They are the type of people that are more than willing to lend a hand when time and money allows. Mrs. Berg will be have surgery in the new year that will limit her ability to move around. Due to their limited income in retirement, Kris Rooley Group has generously donated of their time and the cost of materials to retrofit the Bergs home (est. value $4,000).
