Body was found, recovered Sunday

It’s alleged he was observed stealing a bicycle parked outside a business, valued at approximately $400.

The 27-year-old has been charged in at least four incidents taking place in July of this year

In the early morning hours of August 18, 2019 officers observed the accused driving in a slow and deliberate manner in the east end of the city

Close to midnight on Aug. 16, 2019, police received reports of a vehicle striking a utility pole in the west end of the city

After the arrest officers conducted a search of the accused and found him to be in possession of a small amount of what is believed to be crystal methamphetamine

It is believed that the individuals committing these thefts are passing through the city and do not reside here

Crime Stoppers and the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service are seeking tips regarding the whereabouts of, Eric Richard Richer

Incident occurred in the 400 block area of Highway 17B on the Garden River First Nation

Both are banned indefinitely from using city transit
