A 15-year-old male was arrested by City Police last night at the City Bus Terminal. The call was for a male passed out on a bench at the terminal. When Police arrived they found the young person to be intoxicated.

In the early morning hours of February 1, 2014, three break and enters were reported in the Millcreek Drive area. A variety of property was taken. In the same area, two vehicles were entered and loose change was taken.

Evening news: On January 28, 2014 in the early afternoon staff at A. J. Buslines at 132 Industrial Park Crescent complained to police that their business had been broken into. Thieves made off with tires and a welder.

A vehicle was broken into in the 100 block of Drive Inn Road and approximately $7,500 worth of power and hand tools were stolen. On January 17, a book of Group Health Trust Fund tickets were stolen from the Mac’s Mart on Boundary Road.

21-year-old Ryan Young of Selby Road was arrested for breaching a release document. It is alleged that the accused was located outside his residence at approximately 4 a.m. despite being on a curfew to be in his residence every night.

22-year-old Caleb Seaton will be appearing in bail court on Monday. It is alleged that on January 23 while he was in custody at the Algoma Treatment and Remand Centre, he assaulted another inmate by repeatedly punching him and hitting him with a cup.
