On November 10 at 11 a.m., police officers were called to a west end residence for a domestic dispute. Officers learned a 38-year-old had assaulted their common-in-law spouse.

On November 9, 2013 at noon hour, Wrendall Nahmiwan, age 44 of 125 Saggmok Rd. Spanish River Reserve, turned himself into police. Nahmiwan was wanted on an arrest warrant for breaching his probation. He will appear in court on December 9.

Arrests 45 year old Daniel Tahti of 95 Yates turned himself in on a warrant for fail to appear for court. He was given a new court date of December 9.

Evening news A break and enter was reported this morning to a residence in the 100 block of Brookfield Ave. Overnight, suspects broke a window at the rear of the residence to gain entry.

Overnight Property Crimes The Sault Ste Marie Police attended two downtown area residences to investigate property offences in the last 24 hours. A home owner on Albert Street reported that a basement window was smashed at their residence.
