City Police Beat

The City Police are requesting the public's assistance regarding a sexual assault they are currently investigating. This assault occurred in the Patrick Street area earlier this afternoon.

A break in was reported in the 100 block of Chambers Avenue. Between 1:45 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. on September 22nd unknown persons forced their way into the residence and stole jewelry and an X-Box 360.

Afternoon news A 42 year old male is in custody and will attend Bail Court on Monday morning charged with assault. It is alleged that on the 22 SEPT 2013 at about 02:10 a.m.

Afternoon news On the 21 September 2013 at 3:35 AM, a resident awoke to find a male going through his vehicle. The homeowner confronted the man and held him for police. Charged with trespass by night, theft under $5,000.

Arrests On the 20th of September police were called to the area of Boston Ave for an intoxicated male.

On the 19th of September, 2013 members of the Drug Enforcement Unit and Crime Suppression Unit conducted an investigation into the possession of cocaine.

Arrests On September 1, 2013, three males attended at the victim’s residence and did assault him. The culprits had received a call from the accused telling them that he wanted the victim punched out.

At approximately 1:30 this morning an altercation in an apartment at 345 St Georges Avenue resulted in 42 year old Kimberly Jo White being arrested and charged with robbery, mischief and 2 counts of breach of probation. It is alleged that Ms.

24 year old Samantha Dunlop of 1932 Second Line West was arrested on a warrant for theft under $5000 and possession of stolen property. It is alleged that in December of 2012 she stole a cell phone and cash.
